Physical Therapy Services

Physical Therapists are the go-to provider for injury rehabilitation, acute and chronic pain, movement dysfunctions and athletic strength and conditioning.  Whether you are determined to play with your grandchildren without low back pain or trying to return to your daily surf routine, a physical therapist can help you correct the issue that prevents you from doing what you love.

Trained through the Titleist Performance Institute, Justin specializes in return-to-golf rehabilitation.

Often, characteristics in the golf swing can lead to injuries (very common).  Through video analysis and getting a baseline functional movement screen, we will be able to put together a very effective, individualized plan of care to return you to the course as soon as possible.

Due to limits on treatment established by many managed care organizations,

I do not bill insurance companies. However, Insurance reimbursement is available with Superbilling. I will help with this process to make it easy to submit

to insurance providers.

When calling your insurance to determine your coverage, give them my California Physical Therapy License Number: #293492, NPI #1376069401, and EIN: 83-0734599, ask what your deductible is, what percentage of the fee they pay, and how many sessions you are allowed per year. Physical Therapy coverage varies by plan.
